One week ago I have dental surgery in lower jaw one impacted teeth are removed and there are stitches. After taking medicines for one week my pain has gone. Yesterday, I went to the doctor for consultation he told me to do warm salt water gaggles 3 or 4 times a day. From last night and in the morning I do the same now there is a lot of pain in my jaw where surgery is done. Will I continue to gaggles or not? Also, dead skin comes out.
